Puget Sound Naval Shipyard/IMF

Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF) is focused on providing customers with quality, timely and cost efficient maintenance, modernization, and technical and logistics support. PSNS & IMF has sites in Bremerton, Bangor, Everett, San Diego, Boston, Japan and wherever its workers go to fix ships.

The Bremerton site is comprised of property bordered on the south by Sinclair Inlet, on the west by Naval Base Kitsap Homeport, and on the north and east perimeters by the City of Bremerton. The Bremerton site is the Pacific Northwest's largest Naval shore facility and one of Washington State's largest industrial installations. The Bangor site is the largest command at Naval Base Kitsap, Bangor, near Silverdale, Washington.

The Puget Sound Naval Museum is located in the historic Building 50 at 251 First Street in Bremerton. The museum houses over 18,000 historic items, and has 6,049 square feet of exhibition space and 4,170 square feet of collections storage.
